Our church is a community of caring and loving people dedicated to spiritual growth and development - individually and collectively. We come together for worship, prayer, classes and fellowship to joyfully express that GOD IS WITHIN and that GOD and LIFE ARE GOOD! We acknowledge our divinity by overcoming fear and embracing freedom. We unify our community by helping others who may desire support on their spiritual path.
Unity of Tallahassee is more than a church; it is a way of life. What is this "way of life" that makes members of our Unity Family unique? They act positively, instead of reacting negatively; use words that are kind, helpful and uplifting - not angry or discouraging; practice forgiveness, instead of judgement and condemnation; act with kindness and patience, instead of haste and rudeness; seek and see the good in all situations, even those that may at first, seem adverse to them; behold the Christ in all persons, even at those times when it is difficult to do so; do not use force or threats to gain an advantage - but pray and trust God to bring forth the highest good for all; volunteer and give of themselves for the sake of expressing good, rather than to be "seen of men."
In other words, we are a growing community of students of the Universal Principles of Truth taught and demonstrated by Jesus Christ. We seek to actively apply these Principles of love and faith in our daily lives.
We also are a diverse community in loving service to all who seek to grow spiritually and be nourished by fellowship with others open to expressing God's love. We provide a variety of services and activities to our members and friends. In addition to the Sunday worship services at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., we offer a loving and safe environment for children to experience age-appropriate learning and fellowship. A variety of classes, workshops, and other activities also are regularly offered at Unity of Tallahassee.
Unity of Tallahassee is a member ministry of the Association of Unity Churches. We are affiliated with Unity Institute, Unity Village and Silent Unity, publisher of Daily Word magazine.

Holiday Services
We come together for many special services throughout the year. Our special services include the Good Friday Service, Easter "Service of the Living Cross," Thanksgiving Eve Communion Service, Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, and New Year's Eve Burning Bowl Service & Bonfire.
