Discover The Twelve Powers in 2010

Join us the first Sunday of each month during the 11 am Service.

Rev. Bill Williams and Cathy Perryman, Licensed Unity Teacher, will guide us on our year-long spiritual journey as we explore one Power each month.

Charles Fillmore, co-founder of Unity, saw that the twelve disciples of Jesus represented spiritual qualities in each individual. Fillmore taught that these qualities or powers were expressed through what he called "twelve thrones" in the human body. He said, "Jesus prophesied the advent of a race of men who would sit with Him on twelve thrones...". Where the 'twelve thrones' are, and what attainments are necessary to 'follow Jesus in the regeneration' will be the aim of this series. More

Ongoing Classes at Unity of Tallahassee

The Fifth Agreement by Don Miguel Ruiz

The Fifth Agreement, a practical guide to self-mastery, is continuing as a book study at Unity of Tallahassee on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Don Miguel Ruiz and his son and apprentice, Don Jose Ruiz, have just published a follow up to The Four Agreements, taking the teachings in the Toltec wisdom tradition to the next step. Many people have been awakened to new possibilities of living with greater clarity and integrity through integrating the teachings of The Four Agreements into their daily activities. Now is an opportunity to go even further toward self-mastery. Rev. Bill Williams is facilitating the book study. Everyone is welcome with or without prior experience in the teachings of Don Miguel.

Lessons in Truth by Emile Cady

Cathy Perryman, Licensed Unity Teacher, is leading a class on the basic Unity text, Lessons in Truth, for those interested in the fundamental ideas upon which Unity was founded. The class is held immediately following the 11:00 service (about 12:15) and goes for an hour. This is a ten week class (skipping Easter Sunday) and is open to everyone. It will be offered for Licensed Unity Teacher credit for those interested in Unity credits.
